Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Giving notice allows us to offer your appointment to another patient.

The more notice we receive, the easier it is for us to do this and keep our clinic running smoothly.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.

If you have pre-paid online and do not attend, or arrive too late to be seen, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. If you have not pre-paid, any missed appointment fees will need to be settled before booking future appointments.

We understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur, and exceptional circumstances will always be considered at the discretion of the clinic owner.

Your Privacy

To provide you with safe and effective care, we need to collect and store some personal information about you.

This includes details about your medical history, which helps us plan the most appropriate treatment for you.

By law, we are required to keep this information for a period of time.

This will be for at least 7 years, although it may be longer depending on your age or circumstances.

Your information is stored securely on our Cliniko system, and we take your privacy seriously.

Occasionally, we may need to share relevant information with other healthcare professionals involved in your care, such as your GP or a hospital consultant.

We will always ask for your permission before doing this.

We will never share your information with anyone outside of your healthcare.
